How much does executive coaching cost?
The fee depends on whether you pay privately or your employer funds the coaching. You will receive your specific fee no later than our free introductory call, before committing to any paid sessions.

How fees are agreed
Private and employer-funded coaching have different fee arrangements. We discuss which applies to you and agree the fee and terms clearly during the introductory conversation.
Intro call and session length
Introductory call: 15–20 minutes, free, confidential and without obligation. We get to know each other, discuss your situation and clarify the fee. You decide afterwards whether you would like to proceed.
Coaching session: 60–90 minutes. We agree the length and scope before the first paid appointment.
Individual sessions, no package requirement
You do not need to commit to a fixed programme. We can begin with one paid session and decide together whether further appointments are useful. Dates and cancellation terms are agreed in advance.
Online and in person
Sessions can take place online or, by arrangement, at your workplace or another suitable location. If an external room is needed, you cover the room costs. We clarify the venue and any further expenses in advance.
Private or employer-funded
You can commission the coaching yourself or ask your employer to fund it. If your employer pays, we keep contractual arrangements separate from the confidential content of our conversations. Employer funding requires your organization's agreement.
