Format & scope
A single session, a focused process or ongoing sparring require different frames. Scope and structure are agreed before the work begins.
The investment depends on format, scope and the issue you want to work on. This page gives a transparent orientation on common market ranges and cost factors; your actual terms are stated clearly before any engagement begins.
The following figures are general market orientation, not my price list. The actual investment depends on the agreed format and scope.
€150–250
Per hour. Often found in generalist offers or with coaches early in their specialization.
€250–500
Per hour. Common for senior-management specialization, relevant leadership experience and established methodology.
€500–1,000+
Per hour. Often associated with highly specialized work, board-level assignments or complex organizational mandates.
In the intro call I explain the concrete terms for the working frame that fits your situation.
Executive-coaching investment is shaped by several factors:
A single session, a focused process or ongoing sparring require different frames. Scope and structure are agreed before the work begins.
Experience with the target group, active leadership practice and methodological depth all influence market rates.
One acute decision typically requires a different frame from a role transition or a longer leadership phase.
Online sessions are flexible. In-person work may involve additional travel or location costs depending on the arrangement.
A blanket coaching ROI cannot be promised responsibly. It is more useful to agree concrete criteria in advance that let you judge whether the work is changing something relevant in your situation.
These criteria do not reduce coaching to a number. They do make it possible to test whether the engagement is producing useful change in day-to-day leadership.
Many organizations fund executive coaching as part of leadership development, both in large companies and in mid-sized businesses.
I can provide a professional proposal for internal approval. Session content remains confidential even when the organization is the contracting party.
