    PSYCHOLOGICALLY INFORMED COACHING FOR LEADERS

What carries you when you carry so much?

A decision. A role. A conflict. Or simply a question you want to understand more clearly. A good starting point for coaching is whatever is on your mind right now.

Among everything that matters, you matter too.

At work, many things matter at once: people, results, expectations and decisions. Coaching deliberately adds one more perspective: your own.

Because your values, limits, patterns and decisions are part of the situation too.

    WHAT YOU CAN BRING

A conversation can begin in many places.

With a concrete decision. A question about your role. Something that keeps repeating. Or the wish to do something differently.

    A concrete situation

A conversation, conflict or decision that you would like to understand and sort through more clearly.

    A question about your role

What is actually yours to carry? What do you want to take on? Where are your limits?

    Something that keeps repeating

A pattern in relationships, decisions or expectations that has caught your attention.

    A wish to develop

Lead more deliberately, communicate more clearly, relate differently to expectations or try something new.

    THE POINT OF THE WORK

    Clarity creates room to act.

When it becomes clearer what is shaping the situation, choice opens up. What would you like to change? What would you like to address? Where would you draw a boundary? And what might you consciously leave as it is?

    01

    Understand

What is actually happening? What matters to you about it?

    02

    Distinguish

What belongs to you, what belongs to the relationship and what belongs to the conditions around you?

    03

    Choose

What do you want to influence, address, limit, accept or deliberately leave alone?

The aim is a clearer view of what matters to you and what you want to do next.

    THE CONVERSATION

    Your question sets the direction.

You tell me what is on your mind. Together we look more closely at what is happening, which perspectives are missing and where there is room to act.

Sometimes that leads to a concrete next step. Sometimes the useful result is a new understanding, a clearer boundary or a deliberate decision to wait.

60–90 minutes per session. Online, or in person by arrangement around Neuenbürg, Pforzheim, Karlsruhe and Stuttgart.

    WHO YOU ARE TALKING TO

Roles belong on the org chart. People are the ones who carry them.

Behind decisions, conflicts and responsibility are people with their own experiences, values, expectations and limits.

I know organizations from the inside: leadership, change, competing priorities, collaboration and the responsibility that comes with them. At the same time, I am a psychologist (M.Sc.) and provide outpatient psychotherapy while working towards German licensure (Approbation) in systemic therapy.

In coaching, I bring these perspectives together. So we can look at both what is happening around you and what it means for you.

    FIRST CONVERSATION

Where would you like to begin?

In the first 15 to 20 minutes, you tell me what is on your mind. You experience how I listen and ask questions. Afterwards, you decide whether you would like to continue the conversation.
